How does it work?

If you want to refer someone for a career at HCL, copy the content at the bottom of this page and send it to your friend so that they can submit their details If they’re appointed, you are eligible for the reward. It’s really that simple!

A few things to remember

The reward is paid for permanent staff; temporary hires are not eligible

Anyone involved in selecting (interviewing) the new colleague is not eligible to make a claim.

You are paid £5 after the application has been submitted, £10 if the referrals interview is successful, £100 when they are ready to work and the final £150 once they have successfully completed their 3 month probation period. The candidate will also receive £50 when they are ready to work and another £100 once they have completed their 3 month probationary period. Please note that payment will be subject (NI and Tax)
