“I would like to let you know about the excellent care our mum received from one of your ladies, Sue. Our mum was very poorly last week and we felt that Sue’s care and kindness were exemplary. Sue went above and beyond her duties, assisting Mum and cleaning up after a few accidents with no complaints. Not once making mum feel as if age was a nuisance or burden and we as a family are eternally grateful.
